Managers do not dare ask to increase

Frames are better. According to the 4th barometer ‘executives and employment in the crisis, “directed by Ifop for Cadremploi (*), 33% of them say they are optimistic about the economic and social context, an increase of 7 points compared to May 2009. They also show more confidence in their personal situation: thus, only 22% of them say they are optimistic about the job market when they are 66% for their own use.

Deteriorating relations internally

If the morale of managers goes up, their feelings about the effects of the crisis on their business and daily life remains unchanged from last May: 57% always find a slowing or cessation of recruitment and 45% lower level of activity Company. A relatively smaller, but eloquent, 11% of executives said their employer’s bankruptcy risk and 22% reported dismissal under way or planned.
